We are a long standing self-insured employer. This elite status is a result, in part, of an effective safety program, aggressive claims management, and thorough incident investigations to determine root cause and applicable corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrence. 

Sebring Painting Company achieves a very low experience modification rate (EMR). This low EMR is an objective evaluating measure to further demonstrate the overall effectiveness of a safety program.
